Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives and manage HR across the organization. You will report to the Director of HR and work at our El Paso, TX location, implementing policies that align with business goals and driving employee engagement.

You will assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR data management, while upholding local labor laws and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Manufacturing HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues and initiatives.
