Job summary

RGP is seeking a Talent Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications IT team. You will serve as the primary administrator for Avature and related recruiting platforms, configuring workflows, providing support, and partnering with Talent Acquisition and IT to implement scalable system solutions.

Ideal candidates have Avature experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Avature certification required; Level 4 preferred.
• Experience administering Avature or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Experience developing Avature reports and dashboards.
• Strong recruiting lifecycle knowledge and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional administrator for Avature and talent platforms.
• Provide day-to-day production support and manage tickets to resolution.
• Configure workflows, forms, permissions, notifications, and rules.
• Gather requirements and implement system enhancements with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead testing activities including regression, UAT, and release validation.
• Develop and deliver user training; provide ongoing support.
• Support platform upgrades, integrations, and new functionality.
• Document configurations and business processes for governance.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, automation, and data quality.
• Support reporting and data management across talent systems.
