Job summary

Avoca is hiring an Implementation Manager to own post-sales onboarding for clients, acting as a technical consultant and project manager. You will handle integrations, AI prompt configurations, and product setup to ensure value and time-to-value.

You will work cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering while managing several implementations and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Fluency with APIs and webhooks, and ability to discuss payloads, auth models, and errors.
• Experience configuring prompting and workflow logic in AI/SaaS contexts.
• Strong project management for multiple software delivery projects for B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live, with client accountability.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for product use.
• Configure prompting/workflows to improve call handling quality and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build repeatable implementation playbooks.
• Design and deliver tailored training on Avoca products to drive adoption.
• Run testing and QA, coordinate client testing, and triage issues for deployments.
• Provide go-live support and coordinate post-launch handoffs to client teams.
• Identify and advocate for product improvements important to clients.
