Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking candidates for its Human Resources Development Program, a three-year rotational path with assignments at manufacturing plants (onsite) and corporate offices (hybrid). This program emphasizes coaching, mentorship, and strategic HR work across Centers of Excellence and HR Generalist functions.

Successful candidates will complete a Master’s in HR or related field by June 2027, relocate as needed, and gain hands-on experience with employees and business partners while

Qualifications

• Master's degree must be completed no later than June 2027 (January start dates available for December grads).
• General understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program; location assignments announced from January 2026.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on human resources experience working with employees and cross functional business partners.
• Develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching, mentorship, and partnership.
• Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions that align with our goals, objectives, and initiatives.
• Advance your conflict management and mediation skills through working in a dynamic business environment.
• Build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, talent management.
