Job summary

Cargill's Food North America Manufacturing and Supply Chain Rotational Program is designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and manufacturing. This two-year program offers two distinct tracks: Hybrid Track and Supply Chain-Only Track, with rotations between production facilities and corporate roles in Wichita, KS, or Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program in supply chain, procurement, finance, statistics, engineering, MIS, or other related business field, graduating between May 2026 and May 2027
• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate to a plant location, Minneapolis, MN, or Wichita, KS
• Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
