Henkel is offering a Rotational Program Associate in Human Resources at our United States location in Rocky Hill, CT. This full-time, regular role runs through three structured rotations over roughly eight months, exposing you to core HR functions and enabling hands-on learning across the people strategy and business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 8 months in three rotations across key HR functions.
• Rotations may include HR business partnering, talent acquisition, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and total rewards.
• Projects will focus on HR business partnering, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and change management.
• Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to HR and business leadership.
• Develop the skills and business acumen to succeed in future HR leadership roles.
