Job summary

Eaton's HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate your HR career. You will gain experience in two diverse manufacturing plants, working on core HR functions and leadership development opportunities.

Geographic flexibility to relocate anywhere in the United States is required. Graduates typically advance to Lead HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or HR Manager roles after completion of the program, with mentoring and structured development

Qualifications

• Master's/MBA in HR Management, IO Psychology or Industrial & Labor Relations.
• Graduation before July 2027.
• Geographically flexible to relocate anywhere within the United States.
• Minimum internship or 3 months HR work experience at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Two-year rotational program across diverse manufacturing plants to develop HR foundations.
• Work as an HR Generalist and partner with business leaders on high-impact projects.
