Conagra Brands invites you to join its Human Resources Development Program in Omaha. This three-year rotation alternates between our manufacturing plants (onsite) and corporate offices (hybrid), offering exposure to Centers of Excellence and HR generalist functions.

You should be completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field by June 2027, be willing to relocate, and develop strong consulting relationships while using data to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related program by June 2027.
• Relocation may be required for program assignments across locations.
• Basic understanding of business concepts and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on HR experience working with employees and cross functional business partners
• Develop consulting relationships and influence leaders through coaching and partnership
• Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions aligned with goals
• Advance conflict management and mediation skills in a dynamic environment
• Build skills in employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, and talent management
