Job summary

Conagra Brands is offering an 11-week Human Resources Internship in Omaha, NE. You will support daily HR operations and collaborate with corporate or manufacturing HR teams to drive performance.

The HR Development Program provides high-impact assignments across rotations in corporate and manufacturing environments. Applicants must be in a master’s program (MBA or related) with at least one semester left, and be willing to relocate for the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master’s degree program with at least 1 semester remaining after internship
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related area of study
• Willing to relocate for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR department in daily operations
• Partner with leadership on corporate or manufacturing HR teams to drive business performance
• Contribute to compensation, generalist, employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational development
• Gain exposure through the HR Development Program’s rotations
