Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of lead and/or supervisory experience.
• Experience in onboarding, recruiting, or other HR functions.
• Ability to supervise diverse staff and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HR Employee Resource Center.
• Supervise two full-time staff and student employees.
• Support onboarding, data entry, employment verifications, personnel file compliance, employee orientation, and international documentation.
• Manage departmental operations including purchasing, work orders, telecommunications, and building/badge access.
