Job summary

Accenture’s HR Reinvention practice seeks an HR Reinvention Manager to lead and shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age. You will define, sell, and execute reinvention projects that blend digital solutions, automation, and new operating models.

You will work with client teams to improve HR functions, drive efficiency, and enhance employee experience, with a focus on GenAI, analytics, and technology-enabled transformation across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies that blend traditional HR practices with digital innovations like AI, GenAI, and automation.
• Leverage analytics to assess current HR operations and design future-state models with technology-driven solutions.
• Drive HR activity analysis to understand allocations of HR staff time and effort; compare to industry benchmarks and leading practices.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies.
