Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead digital HR reinvention projects, integrating AI, automation and analytics to transform HR operating models and service delivery. You will partner with senior clients, design future-state HR solutions, and drive program delivery across global organizations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client engagement, change management, and experience applying AI in HR. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year of Insurance Industry experience.
• Bonus Points if: Agile or Scrum certification.
• You are staying current with GenerativeAI capabilities and toolsets applicable to Talent functions.
• Global & Multinational Experience: Experience with global clients and knowledge of international HR practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams to execute solutions across HR domains.
• Integrate new technologies like cloud-based HR systems and AI platforms into existing HR ecosystems.
• Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with key business leaders and fostering buy-in at all levels.
