Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• 2+ years leading HR reinvention programs (operating model, process, technology, or service delivery).
• 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes, employee experience, or workforce planning.
• 1 year of Consumer Goods & Services, Retail or Travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Develop value cases and roadmaps aligning HR with business strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Design new HR operating models and service-delivery frameworks across HR domains.
• Drive employee experience initiatives and use analytics to improve talent management and workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, including cross-functional teams and new technologies integration.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption and sustained transformation.
