Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead end-to-end HR transformation programs, blending traditional HR with digital innovations such as AI and automation. You will shape operating models, advise on talent management and workforce planning, and drive value through analytics.

Travel up to 80% may be required depending on client needs. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design scalable HR solutions, implement modern HR tech, and ensure alignment with business strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• 1+ year applying AI/GenAI, automation or analytics to HR processes.
• 1+ year experience in Consumer Goods, Retail or Travel sectors.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage senior client relationships to guide HR reinvention.
• Develop HR operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Lead HR tech evaluations and selection, including HRIS and AI tools.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across client organizations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects on time and within budget.
