Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age, blending traditional practices with AI, GenAI and automation. You will lead strategies, roadmaps and client engagements to transform HR operating models and employee experience.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, design future-state HR processes, and drive end-to-end delivery of reinvention programs across technology, process and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation or digital HR.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• At least 1 year applying AI/ GenAI to HR processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations.
• Lead HR activity analysis and design future-state models with tech solutions.
• Design and implement HR operating models with shared services and outsourcing.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects and manage teams.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to sustain transformation.
