Job summary

Accenture seeks an HR Reinvention Manager to guide HR transformation for clients in the digital age. You will shape and execute HR reinvention projects that blend HR with AI, automation, and sophisticated operating models to improve performance and employee experience.

This high-visibility role requires expert HR reinvention capabilities, strategic insight, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver measurable HR outcomes for clients in dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies integrating AI, GenAI, and automation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
