Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age. You will define, shape, sell and execute HR reinvention projects that blend digital solutions, automation, process and organization optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
