Job summary

Accenture, a leading HR reinvention partner, seeks an HR Reinvention Consultant to shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age. You will define, sell, and execute HR reinvention projects that blend traditional HR with AI, automation, and analytics, delivering measurable business value and enhanced employee experience.

Travel to client sites is required. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, advise on operating models and HR technology, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year working on HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior client relationships and advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks, including organization design and location strategy.
• Lead HR analytics initiatives to improve talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• End-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
