Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders to shape HR reinvention projects.
• Define and execute HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Improve employee experience and talent management through data analytics.
• Evaluate and select HR technologies (HRIS, AI tools) aligned with client needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption.
• Drive thought leadership and practitioner development within the team.
