Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Industry & Process Advisor Manager in HR Reinvention to lead future-state HR process design and AI integration across client organizations, embedding AI into deliverables and team workflows. You will drive strategy, adoption, and change management, engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams to reimagine HR outcomes.

You will mentor junior practitioners, run workshops, and manage client relationships, with travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR process excellence, redesign, or management consulting focusing on HR transformation
• Minimum 1 year designing future HR processes with AI, including changes to operating models and adoption
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating HR business process design
• Experience scoping/delivering HR domain projects (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state HR process specification and AI integration design
• Run client discovery interviews; present recommendations to senior HR leadership
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments in HR
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional client teams
• Define data/AI strategy within HR and shape technology blueprint
• Embed AI design principles into HR processes and ensure responsible AI considerations
