Mercy House Living Centers is seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist in Santa Ana, CA. You will manage the lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, using ATS and handling interviews, background checks, and marketing efforts to attract top talent.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment, with a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR-related software.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in work schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain updated candidate applicant information on tracking systems and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference and background checks and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations
• Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
• Attend job fairs quarterly
• Present company policies, procedures, and culture during new hire orientation sessions
• Assist in extending job offers and the onboarding process
• Updating new hire documents as necessary
• Attend staff meetings and quarterly trainings
