Job summary

FBD Groups is seeking a capable HR Recruiter in Walnut, CA to handle full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for diverse roles across warehouse, logistics, and corporate functions.

You will oversee candidate sourcing, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview coordination while building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role also supports onboarding, HR compliance, and employee events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, operations, or corporate roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese is required.
