Job summary

This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and objectives.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: 60-80K, Full-time, On-site
