Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc is seeking an HR Recruiter to support the Nashville region, focusing on hiring, onboarding, HR administration, compliance and employee engagement. You will partner with Operations and the Talent Engagement team to staff openings and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include managing job openings, coordinating interviews, administering onboarding, background checks, I-9s, and maintaining accurate HR data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS/TMS systems.
• SHRM-CP or HR certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job openings from review to candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hire timely.
• Oversee new-hire onboarding from offer to start date.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and other pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR systems.
• Support employee changes, transfers, promotions, separations and other HR transactions.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and leaders on policies and resources.
• Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Engagement and other HR functions on company initiatives.
