The Foundation Specialists in College Grove, KY is seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team and support our growth goals.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, plan and run recruiting events, conduct phone and web interviews with qualified candidates, coordinate onboarding for new hires, and collaborate with the HR manager to determine the yearly recruiting budget.
