Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced/high-volume environments.
• Experience negotiating job offers and closing candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview coordination.
• Negotiate job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms to secure top candidates.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment software to track candidates and streamline hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Represent the company at job fairs and industry events to promote employer branding.
