Job summary

Cregger Company is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across seven states, including SC, NC, GA, IN, OH, WV, and KY. The role requires coordinating interviews, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and providing HR support with Paycom.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 2+ years of recruiting/HR experience, with strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills. Travel to events is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years recruiting/HR experience preferred.
• Paycom ATS experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from initial application through offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for positions across seven states: SC, NC, GA, IN, OH, WV, KY.
• Source candidates for hourly, operational, warehouse, transportation, sales roles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Onboard new hires and maintain candidate records in Paycom.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and respond to inquiries.
