Job summary

Thermo Bond Buildings LLC is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and support day-to-day office tasks. You will partner with the HR team and hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth talent pipeline.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with ATS systems. This on-site position reports to the HR Manager in the Day shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field.
• Experience as HR Recruiter preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices.
• Experience with ATS or recruiting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms as needed.
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
