Job summary

Cregger Company Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across SC, NC, GA, IN, OH, WV and KY. You will partner with hiring managers to fill roles such as warehouse, delivery drivers, operations leads, and counter sales, while coordinating screenings, interviews, and onboarding.

You’ll also provide HR support, handle inquiries, and assist with career fairs and events, contributing to a strong talent pipeline and accurate records in Paycom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a people-focused field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience managing recruiting processes through an ATS/HRIS; Paycom experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, operational, warehouse, transportation, sales, or similar positions preferred.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, employees, and HR leadership at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities across multiple locations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to travel occasionally for career fairs, recruiting events, and other company activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from initial application through offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for seven states: SC, NC, GA, IN, OH, WV, KY.
• Recruit for warehouse, distribution, drivers, operations leads, and counter sales.
• Post and maintain job openings in Paycom and other portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate communications and status updates.
• Coordinate in-person interviews and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Support career fairs and recruiting events; build relationships with schools and agencies.
