Witte Brothers Exchange, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator/Recruiter in Troy, MO to support HR operations and lead recruiting efforts for CDL School students and staff roles. You will work with the HR Manager on onboarding, records, benefits, HRIS maintenance, and compliance while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple HR areas. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional events and campus activities.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting for CDL School students and assigned staff positions.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain job postings, applicant tracking records, and recruiting metrics.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and employment documentation.
• Coordinate I-9 compliance, new-hire paperwork, and employee changes.
• Assist employees with HR and benefits-related questions.
• Support benefits enrollment and Open Enrollment activities.
• Assist with HR compliance, audits, policy administration, and employee relations documentation.
• Support leave administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes.
• Provide backup support for core HR functions and special projects.
