Herzog Contracting Corp. in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a decisive Recruiter to join our team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting from applicant to onboarding across professional, trades, construction, and operations roles.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, source via postings, networking, and events, and maintain candidate flow and ATS data. Regular travel nationwide is required; commitment to Herzog culture and safety is essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or HR experience in construction/engineering.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Herzog’s reputation and culture.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from applicant to onboarding.
• Recruit for professional, skilled trades, construction, and operations roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and managers.
• Determine sourcing strategies including postings, networking, and events.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and candidate information.
• Provide market and pipeline guidance to interview teams.
• Attend job fairs and college events.
• Uphold Herzog’s culture, attendance, and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
