Description

Prouctiv is hiring for a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates.

Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
• Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, or telephone

• Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
• Daily attendance tracking
