Job summary

Productiv is seeking a bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit, and retain multilingual candidates in a warehouse environment. The role requires collaborating with hiring managers, screening resumes, contacting applicants, and performing background checks and I-9 processing.

Responsibilities include interviewing, assessing fit, and maintaining ongoing communication with applicants and managers.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online forums, social media, etc.
• Review, screen and select candidate resumes for consideration.
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Completes Form I-9 for all employees.

Description

Productiv is hiring for a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates.

Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Review, screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the hiring process
• Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings
• Completes Form I-9 for all employees
• Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
• Track and manage employee attendance
• Process time cards for payroll
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues
