Job summary

Productiv is hiring a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter (English/Spanish) to attract, recruit, and retain quality multilingual candidates in Richmond, VA. The role includes screening resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate communication throughout the process in both languages.

Responsibilities involve background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, and payroll support while ensuring daily staffing needs are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Recruiting (1 year)
• Human Resources (1 year)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Kronos is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be comfortable working in an office onsite in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Team to determine staffing needs.
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online forums, social media, etc.
• Review, screen and select candidate resumes for consideration.
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Complete Form I-9 and participate in E-Verify for all employees.
• Ensure staffing needs are met daily with a proactive mindset.
• Track and manage employee attendance.
• Process payroll and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues.
