Job summary

Blackbuck is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team remotely. The candidate will conduct high-volume recruitment calls, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to fill open positions efficiently.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle 50+ calls daily, and comfort with Google Sheets/MS Excel for tracking. Freshers are welcome with strong communication abilities, and a willingness to work six days a week from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Degree in any discipline.
• 01 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Telecalling, Customer Calling, or a similar role.
• Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Fluency in any 2 South Indian languages is mandatory (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day.
• Good follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Should be comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities
