PL Soft Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and handle HR tasks.

The role is based in-office in Tamil Nadu, with preference for candidates from Kanyakumari district and nearby areas. Responsibilities include posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting HR screenings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding support.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and HR interest welcome.
• Prior HR or recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Willing to work from office.
• Location preference for Kanyakumari district; commute to JM Complex Junction.

Responsabilidades

• Handle recruitment activities for openings and internship positions.
• Post vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Contact candidates and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule and coordinate online and face-to-face interviews.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
• Coordinate with management and technical teams during the recruitment process.
• Communicate job details, company policies, and joining procedures to candidates.
• Assist with candidate selection and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR reports.
• Support employee coordination and other HR activities as required.

PL Soft Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and other HR-related tasks.

Location Preference: We are particularly looking for candidates residing in Kanyakumari district, especially in and around Kappukadu, Marthandam, Nagercoil, and nearby areas. Candidates who can conveniently commute to our office at JM Complex Junction, Kappukadu, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in HR recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior HR or recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office.

Important Note: This is a full-time, work-from-office position at JM Complex Junction, Kappukadu, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. Candidates should be able to commute to the office regularly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
