Position Summary of HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter manages recruiting and onboarding, primarily for production and shipping roles. The HR Recruiter partners with hiring managers, operations leadership, and temporary staffing agencies to efficiently move candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting — 60%: Review resumes through ADP, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter; work with temp agencies; conduct phone screens; refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager and coordinate onsite or Teams interviews.
• Onboarding — 30%: Coordinate new-hire onboarding, paperwork, documentation, and related requirements.
• Administrative Support — 10%: Maintain recruiting and employee records and assist with general HR administrative tasks.
