Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, industry groups, and community events.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
• Prepare offer packages, conduct reference/background checks, and manage pre-employment screenings.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable recruiting and employment regulations.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
