Job summary

Daniel Roberts is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for a premier Investment client in downtown Boston. This role focuses on recruiting with some HR responsibilities and offers growth across HR disciplines in a collaborative environment.

You will lead recruitment for multiple roles, develop sourcing strategies, and support onboarding, employee relations, benefits and compliance in a hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment or HR talent roles.
• Experience in financial or professional services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

We are working with one of our premier Investment clients located in downtown Boston on an exciting HR Recruiter position. This role would be primarily recruiting focused with a mix of some HR responsibilities included. It is the perfect position for an experienced corporate recruiter who would like to get additional HR experience with room to learn and growth in all HR areas.
