Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent in our hybrid environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews across multiple locations with travel to New Bedford, Fairhaven, and Lakeville for hiring events.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and organizational excellence to support organizational growth and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience; staffing industry is a big plus!
• Experience using ATS platforms and online sourcing tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of openings.
• Conduct phone screens and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Extend employment offers and assist with offer negotiations.
• Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Support hiring events and other recruitment initiatives as needed.

Job Title: Recruiter Pay Rate: $25/h Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Hybrid schedule - will need to travel to New Bedford, Fairhaven and Lakeville 3x a week for hiring events

What You’ll Do
