Job summary

SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, is hiring an HR Programs Project Manager to plan and execute programs impacting associates—from engagement to wellness and HR tools. You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Internal Communications, while driving timely outcomes.

You’ll build survey programs, track metrics, and relentlessly improve processes using AI, automation, and modern PM tools to simplify workflows and elevate the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and moving pieces.
• Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize your workload and keep multiple initiatives moving at once.
• Comfortable taking ownership of your work and figuring out the next step without needing every detail mapped out for you.
• Confidence working with technology and an interest in using AI and automation to make work more efficient.
• Clear, effective communication and the ability to build productive relationships, ask good questions, and keep partners aligned.
• A continuous-improvement mindset and an eye for smarter, simpler, or more effective ways to work.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive associate, performance, compensation, and engagement information.

Responsibilities

• Run HR programs from start to finish—build project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, anticipate roadblocks, and deliver on time.
• Manage multiple programs, deadlines, vendors, surveys, systems, communications, and partners without losing track.
• Support the development, setup, launch, and reporting of surveys, including engagement surveys.
• Identify ways to simplify processes, improve the associate experience, and automate manual work.
• Leverage AI, automation, and tools to streamline workflows and organize information.
• Track participation, adoption, completion, feedback, and other metrics to measure impact.
• Collaborate across HR and with Finance, Legal, IT, and Internal Communications, plus external vendors.
