Job summary

WellSense Health Plan seeks an HR Program Manager to advance programs and BMC partnerships within HR across the organization. You will partner with Compliance, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, and HRIS to drive structured, compliant initiatives and measurable outcomes.

This role is remote, full-time, with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, reporting to the VP of Human Resources. A background in healthcare or managed care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in program management, preferably in HR.
• SHRM-CP preferred and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead HR programs and projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead HR process optimization and document guidelines for consistency.
• Develop action plans, monitor progress, and adjust to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with WellSense and BMC HR/Compliance teams to meet requirements.
