Job summary

SeekWell, parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, seeks an HR Programs Project Manager in Utah to plan and execute a range of associate programs—from engagement to wellness and HR tools. You will build plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure programs move forward on schedule.

You will lead surveys, track metrics, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, internal communications, and external vendors to continuously improve processes using AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with deadlines.
• Excellent organization and follow-through, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable taking ownership and proceeding without every detail mapped out.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HR programs from start to finish.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage timelines to keep deliverables on track.
• Build, launch, and report on associate surveys and engagement initiatives.
• Identify process improvements to simplify and automate recurring programs.
• Leverage AI, automation, and tools to streamline workflows.
• Track participation, adoption, and program metrics to measure success.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Internal Communications and vendors.
