Job summary

WellSense Health Plan is seeking an HR Program Manager to oversee a broad portfolio of HR programs and projects in collaboration with the VP of Human Resources and the BMC system.

You will drive process optimization, establish performance metrics, ensure compliance with laws and contracts, and partner with Compliance, Benefits, and HR Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

This is a fully remote, full-time role with competitive salaries and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, preferably HR.
• Experience in health care or managed care preferred.
• SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead HR programs and projects across WellSense and BMC.
• Lead HR process optimization and document guidelines for consistency.
• Develop action plans, monitor progress, and adjust for outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and leadership to align with objectives.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
