SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, is seeking a data analyst to turn data into insights that help the business make smarter decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and transform data, building dashboards and reports that drive measurable impact.

You’ll bring 4+ years of experience, strong Databricks and SQL skills, and excellent communication to help improve data quality and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analyst experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with Databricks and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis, maintaining all necessary data dictionaries.
• Support enterprise data migration projects by analyzing data requirements, translating current operational logic into new platforms, and refactoring processes to maintain data integrity.
• Build and maintain Databricks Silver tables designed to serve analytics and reporting needs, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout data migrations.
• Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to clearly articulate the data needs for analysis and actively participate in the collaborative data modeling process.
• Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement and contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and tools.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven insights.
• Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and informal communication channels like Slack.
