Job summary

You will maintain our job description library and ensure UKG HRIS data accuracy across the employee lifecycle. You will support federal contractor compliance, develop process documentation, and support enterprise learning and leadership development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR, program or project coordination experience.
• Track record of running programs independently and moving them forward.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with employees, applicants, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from start to finish—verify paperwork, prep materials, ensure systems readiness.
• Lead new hire orientation and enter information into systems.
• Administer employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
• Maintain and organize the job description library.
• Keep HRIS (UKG) data accurate across the lifecycle, including audits.
• Manage personnel and medical files with regular compliance audits.
• Support federal contractor compliance—recordkeeping, E-Verify, audits, training.
• Build process documentation and standard work for consistency.
• Support enterprise learning initiatives—scheduling, enrollment, LMS administration (≈25%).
• Take on other HR projects as priorities evolve.
