Job summary

Oracle is seeking an HR Consultant, Programs to join the HR Programs Delivery team. You will lead onboarding, enablement, and reporting initiatives across the HR function, partnering with COEs, HRBPs, and analytics to deliver scalable programs.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational HR initiatives globally. A strong focus on communications and agile ways of working will be essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR programs, project management, operations, or related business functions.
• Experience supporting organization-wide HR programs, preferably onboarding, learning, talent initiatives, or employee experience programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate across teams, levels, and functions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organization-wide onboarding programs, including live onboarding sessions and executive onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across stakeholder groups to ensure a consistent, scalable new hire experience.
• Develop quarterly and fiscal year onboarding metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Build strategic partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Learning, Reporting & Analytics, and stakeholders.
• Drive program execution with project plans, milestones, risks, and blockers to ensure delivery.
• Leverage data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and influence program strategy.
