Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal HR Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics and workforce insights for HR leadership and business leaders. You will translate complex questions into rigorous, scalable analyses and work with HRBPs to support strategic decisions.

You will combine business acumen with technical capabilities, building forecasts, scenarios, and models to address compensation, hiring, attrition, and workforce costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in people analytics or related analytics discipline.
• Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience applying AI or ML to business workflows.
• Experience analyzing compensation, workforce cost, hiring, attrition, or related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Frame and solve complex workforce questions with analyses across compensation, hiring, terminations, attrition, and internal movement.
• Develop scenario models, forecasts, and analyses quantifying workforce and financial implications.
• Gather, integrate, and synthesize HR data from multiple sources into scalable models and visualizations.
• Serve as SME on people data, methodologies, tools, and metrics for stakeholders.
• Apply advanced analytics and tools to identify trends and develop predictive insights.
• Explore AI/ML techniques to improve speed and scalability while ensuring data governance.
