Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Consultant, Programs to enable scalable execution of enterprise people priorities. You will plan, deploy, and govern complex talent programs, partnering with HRBPs, COEs, Analytics, and HR Services to ensure adoption and readiness across the organization.

You will translate workforce data into actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and enable managers with scalable guidance and tools to simplify execution while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leading complex, cross-functional programs in large, global organizations.
• Experience translating enterprise HR priorities into scalable execution across talent and workforce programs.
• Advanced stakeholder leadership, change management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent and workforce programs.
• Serve as senior program lead across HRBPs, COEs, Analytics, HR Services, and HRIT.
• Establish deployment strategy, governance, milestones, and success measures.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for decisions and readiness.
• Provide scalable guidance, tools, and resources to managers and HR partners.
• Drive compliant execution of workforce planning initiatives across the organization.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and adapt deployment approaches for impact.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to balance standardization with portfolio needs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage automation/AI for scale.
