Job summary

Oracle US is seeking an IC4 Senior HR Consultant, Programs to enable scalable execution of enterprise people priorities. You will lead planning, deployment, and governance across HRBPs, COEs, analytics, and business partners to streamline complex initiatives with measurable outcomes.

You will translate workforce data into insights, drive readiness, and empower managers with scalable guidance and tools for adoption. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive HR experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability translating priorities into scalable execution across talent, workforce, or organizational programs.
• Advanced stakeholder leadership, change management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent and workforce programs.
• Serve as senior program lead across HRBPs, COEs, Analytics, HR Services, HRIT, and partners.
• Establish deployment strategy, governance, milestones, and success measures; identify risks and drive execution.
